The scenery AKESOFT Lleida-Alguaire was the first stage of the airport fotorreal Lleida Airport (Aeroport de Lleida officially Alguaire in Catalan: Aeroport Lleida-Alguaire) is an airport facility managed by Airports in Catalonia and inaugurated on January 17, 2010. The facility serves the city of Lleida, its area of influence and the Principality of Andorra. The new infrastructure is regional to traffic with the Generalitat of Catalonia cercanías.1 The traffic forecast estimated 395,000 passengers annually within ten years and the creation of 60 direct jobs and 900 indirectos.2 The project had an initial budget of 42.5 million euros. Work began in spring 2007 and ended in the second half of 2009. The airport construction costs were 90 million and ran from the budget of the Generalitat of Catalonia and management has a mixed public-private type. In the first seven months of operation has Lleida Airport to 42,420 passengers transported.
